This This activity emphasized training on the processing of liquid waste (urine) from pig farming, as the Nai Ca Anggit farmer group has so far relied solely on inorganic fertilizers, which are considered insufficient to optimally improve agricultural productivity and soil fertility. The purpose of this training was to enhance the community’s knowledge, soft skills, and hard skills in processing livestock waste so that it can be beneficial for agricultural land. The target participants of this activity were members of the “Nai Ca Anggit” farmer group. The activity was conducted through several stages, including surveys, socialization, demonstrations, and evaluation. The results of the training on producing liquid organic fertilizer from pig urine showed that only 5% of participants had previously processed pig urine into liquid organic fertilizer (LOF), while 95% had never done so. After the socialization and hands-on demonstration sessions, 90% of participants demonstrated an understanding of and the ability to independently produce liquid organic fertilizer from pig urine, while the remaining 10% still required further assistance in the processing stage. Overall, there was a 40% increase in the level of participants’ understanding based on the training materials and direct demonstrations. Therefore, this training successfully enhanced the capacity of the Nai Ca Anggit farmer group to process pig urine into liquid organic fertilizer (LOF) for application on agricultural land.
