The research instrument used a questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability. Results: The results of the study through dependent and independent t-tests obtained a significant difference in the average score of knowledge and skills before and after treatment in each group with a p-value of 0.001 and there was a significant difference in the average score of knowledge and skills after treatment between the intervention group and the control group with the results of the knowledge variable p-value 0.002 and the results of the skill variable p-value 0.001. Conclusion: Education on shaken baby syndrome via QR code access significantly increases respondents' knowledge and skills in the Parakannyasag Health Center work area.
