Abstract

Fusarium oxysporum is a soil-borne pathogen fungus that causes vanilla stem rot, which reduces vanilla productivity. This study aimed to determine the effectiveness of various concentrations of the biopesticide Fobio  in suppressing vanilla stem rot caused by Fusarium oxysporum. This study was conducted in vivo in Tukum Hamlet, Wonosalam District, Jombang Regency, East Java. This study used a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with four treatments and five replications consisiting of : 5 ml/L (FA), 7.5 ml/L (FB), 10 ml/L (FC), and Control (K). The results showed that 7.5 ml/L was the best concentration, reducing disease intensity to 12.80%, with a biopesticide effectiveness of 51%.
