Pembangunan Sistem Informasi Penerimaan Peserta Didik Baru Berbasis Web Pada Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan

SMK Ave Bungen Tana still faced challenges in the New Student Admissions (PPDB) process which was carried out manually, causing obstacles such as difficulty in data collection, complicated registration processes, and disorganized information management. To overcome these problems, a web-based PPDB information system was developed to simplify the data management and the registration process. This system was built using ReactJS and TypeScript on the frontend, ExpressJS and TypeScript on the backend, and MySQL as a database. The results of the study showed that this system helped students applicants in registering and obtaining information related to PPDB, and made the schools to manage their data easier. SMK Ave Bungen Tana masih menghadapi tantangan dalam proses Penerimaan Peserta Didik Baru (PPDB) yang dilakukan secara manual, yang menyebabkan kendala seperti kesulitan pengumpulan data, proses pendaftaran yang rumit, dan pengelolaan informasi yang tidak teratur. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, dikembangkanlah sistem informasi PPDB berbasis web yang bertujuan mempermudah pengelolaan data dan proses pendaftaran. Sistem ini dibangun menggunakan ReactJS dan TypeScript pada sisi frontend, ExpressJS dan TypeScript pada sisi backend, serta MySQL sebagai basis data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem ini membantu calon siswa dalam mendaftar dan memperoleh informasi terkait PPDB, serta memudahkan pihak sekolah dalam mengelola data.
