Darul Fikri Wattarbiyah Islamic Boarding School currently faces challenges in the efficient management of new student admissions due to its conventional and manual registration system. This poses a risk of data redundancy, difficulty in quickly validating files, and limited accessibility for prospective guardians outside the region. This study aims to design and build a mobile web-based New Student Admissions Information System (PSB) to digitize the entire registration cycle. The system was developed using the Waterfall method, which includes sequential stages of needs analysis, system design, coding, and testing. The selection of a mobile web platform is intended to allow the system to be accessed flexibly via mobile devices without requiring the installation of additional applications. The result of this study is an integrated platform capable of managing digital forms, uploading required files, administrative validation by the committee, and announcing selection results in real time. The implementation of this system is expected to improve data transparency, accelerate the operational performance of the PSB committee, and provide easy access for the community to reach educational services at Darul Fikri Wattarbiyah Islamic Boarding School in a more professional and efficient manner.
