<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the role of Management Information Systems (MIS) in improving the quality of educational services at SDN 058295 Benteng in the digital era. The study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method through a case study. The data used consists of primary and secondary data, where primary data was obtained through interviews with teachers, one of whom is Mrs. Supiah, S.Pd, as well as direct observation of the information management process at the school. Meanwhile, secondary data was obtained from various relevant literature such as journals, books, and research reports. Data analysis techniques were carried out through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions using triangulation techniques to maintain data validity. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of MIS at SDN 058295 Benteng has not been running optimally and is still semi-manual, so data management has not been well integrated. This has an impact on inefficient services and delays in information delivery. Nevertheless, there are efforts from the school to begin adopting technology in data management. MIS has been proven to have an important role in improving the efficiency, accuracy, and quality of educational services when implemented optimally. Therefore, it is necessary to improve human resource competency, provide adequate infrastructure, and develop more integrated systems to significantly improve the quality of educational services in the digital era.]]>
