The rapid development of digital application interfaces—including websites, desktop apps, and mobile apps—has made User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) critical aspects of digital product development. A well-designed UI serves as an effective communication bridge with users, while UX ensures that the interface’s flow and design make it easy for users to access information. Sanggar Rifky Albani, which focuses on preserving Betawi culture, has a website that currently functions only as an advertising medium and is suboptimal in terms of UI/UX. The website’s layout and organization of information are poorly structured, making it difficult for users to find the information they need. Therefore, a UI/UX redesign of the Sanggar Rifky Albani website was undertaken to improve its visual appeal, functionality, and the comprehensiveness of the information provided. This study applied the Design Thinking method, which consists of the stages of empathize, define, ideate, prototype, and test, and included user testing to evaluate the redesign results. The redesign aims to make the website a bridge between the art studio and its visitors by presenting more relevant information, such as the studio’s history, cultural products, an activity gallery, and educational content about Betawi culture.
