Quantitative data were collected through a Likert scale questionnaire from 31 certified teachers selected using the Slovin formula from a population of 45 teachers, while qualitative data were obtained through document analysis of the school’s education report card and budget planning records (RKAS) to deepen the interpretation of the results. The research instrument consisted of 35 items of BSC-EFQM integration with high reliability (Cronbach’s Alpha 0,986). The results showed a high gaps the aspects of finance and efficiency (gap 1.97), parent and community satisfaction (1.94), and quality strategy and planning (1.84).
