This study aims to determine the effect of digital media-based education on the interest in using Intra Uterine Device (IUD) contraception among women of reproductive age at public health center Payakabung. The research method used was quantitative with a pre-experimental design using a one group pretest-posttest approach. The sample consisted of 110 respondents selected through purposive sampling technique. The research instrument was a questionnaire used to measure respondents' interest before and after digital-based educational intervention. The results showed that the mean score of interest increased from 55.2 in the pretest to 72.6 in the posttest. The paired sample t-test result showed a p-value < 0.05, indicating a significant effect of digital-based education on the interest in using IUD contraception. This finding was also supported by the Wilcoxon test, which showed a significant difference between pretest and posttest scores. In conclusion, digital media-based education is effective in increasing the interest of women of reproductive age in using IUD contraception.
