The elderly are a vulnerable population facing health challenges associated with aging, including low self-efficacy, limited knowledge, reduced physical activity, and decreased productivity. This study evaluated the effectiveness of the Gempur Smart Elderly School program in improving self-efficacy, social participation, and quality of life among older adults. A one-group pre-test and post-test design involved 30 elderly participants receiving Group Activity Therapy from April to June 2025 at the GEMPUR SMART Elderly School in Mataram City, Indonesia.
