<![CDATA[This study and research examine the relationship between sharia Maqasid al-Shariah and operational management, how operational management in SB Kampung Melayu Sungai Buloh SIKL Malaysia is clearly applied with the principles of sharia Maqasid al-Shariah according to Imam Al-Ghazali. The phenomenon that occurs in this era is far from the application of Sharia Maqasid al-Shariah principles in operational management, so this is the reason why this research was conducted. And what is unique about this research is that it follows the perspective of a famous Islamic figure who prioritizes the principles of maqashid sharia, namely Imam Al-Ghazali. This study uses qualitative research methodology and literature review with a case study approach or direct involvement in the field using interviews, observation, and documentation instruments. The results of the study show that it is important to apply the principles of sharia maqahisid, which include Hifz al-Din, Hifz al-Nafs, Hifz al-'Aql, Hifz al-Nasl, Hifz al-Mal, especially in the Sb Kampung Melayu. It is hoped that the findings of this study will further explain how important it is for the education sector, especially schools, to apply the principles of sharia Maqasid al-Shariah in a kaffah manner.]]>
