Abstract

This study aimed to identify and analyze the effect of job placement, responsibility, individual characteristic, work achievement towards performance of police officer on the staff of the staff Satuan Brimob Polda Kepri. The population obtained in this study amounted to 111 respondents with a sample of 87 respondents. The sampling technique used in this study is sampling technique with error level of 5%. Data in this study were obtained from the staff of Satuan Brimob Polda Kepri. This study used multiple linear collected egressions as a data analysis technique with the help of SPSS 25. The results of this study showed that job placement, responsibility individual, characteristic, work achievement have a positive and significant effect on performance of police officer on the staff Satuan Brimob Polda Kepri. Simultaneously, there is a significant effect of job placement, responsibility, individual characteristic, work achievement on performance of police officer on the staff Satuan Brimob Polda Kepri. Based on the results shown in this study, it is hoped that Polda Kepri can maintain their quality in the allocation of work placements that are in accordance, pay attention to the comfort and safety of their members, conduct debriefing to improve professional individual characteristics and give work achievements to members.
