Abstract

Aufarrizky Decoration is a decoration service business that previously relied on manual promotional and ordering processes through social media and messaging applications such as Instagram and WhatsApp. These methods were considered less effective due to their unstructured nature and challenges in communication and data recording. This study aims to design and develop a web-based information system to optimize the promotional and ordering processes. The development method used is Rapid Application Development (RAD), which allows system creation to be performed iteratively and quickly with active user involvement. The result of this study is a web-based information system that includes key features such as digital catalogs, order forms, user registration and login, payment proof upload, and an admin dashboard for managing catalogs and sales reports. The system has also been optimized using Search Engine Optimization (SEO) techniques and achieved a score of 100 based on Google Lighthouse testing. With the implementation of this system, promotional reach becomes broader, ordering becomes more structured, and customer interaction becomes faster and more efficient. The developed system is expected to enhance service professionalism and provide a better user experience.
