<![CDATA[Early marriage remains a significant social issue in Karawang Regency, with negative impacts on the health, education, and well-being of young generations. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the Youth Information and Counseling Center (PIK-R) program in reducing early marriage rates. A descriptive qualitative approach was used, with data collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation involving program implementers, adolescents, and related stakeholders. The findings indicate that PIK-R plays an essential role in raising adolescents' awareness about the risks of early marriage through educational activities, counseling, and social campaigns. However, the program's effectiveness faces challenges, including limited resources, low community participation, and a lack of cross-sectoral coordination. Strengthening implementation strategies, improving facilitator capacity, and enhancing support from local governments and related institutions are necessary to maximize the program's impact. This study is expected to contribute to developing more effective policies to reduce early marriage rates and support the well-being of adolescents in Karawang Regency.]]>
