<![CDATA[JekSoed, a digital-based transportation and service company operating in Purwokerto, has experienced significant growth since its establishment in 2024. However, along with its rapid development, the company continues to face several organizational challenges, particularly in human resource management, organizational communication, role distribution, and employee involvement. This study aims to identify the organizational issues faced by JekSoed and provide strategic recommendations to enhance organizational effectiveness through team building, employee engagement, and employee empowerment approaches. The study employed a participatory approach involving observation, discussions, problem identification, educational sessions, and the delivery of strategic recommendations to the company's management. The findings indicate that organizational effectiveness can be improved through the development of clearer Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), the strengthening of teamwork and the internalization of the company's vision and mission, the enhancement and centralization of digital systems, and the implementation of employee engagement programs through bonding activities and a structured Reward and Recognition (RnR) system. The implementation of these recommendations is expected to improve work coordination, strengthen employee involvement, clarify roles and responsibilities, and support JekSoed's long-term sustainability and competitiveness.]]>
