This community service program aimed to improve the knowledge and awareness of women of reproductive age regarding endometriosis, particularly in recognizing its symptoms, risk factors, and the importance of early detection to prevent complications. The program was conducted on May 23, 2026, at Koto Alam Primary Health Center, Agam Regency, through a collaborative initiative involving Universitas Fort De Kock, Universiti Sultan Zainal Abidin Malaysia, the Agam District Health Office, and university alumni. The implementation employed an educational and participatory approach consisting of health education sessions, presentations, interactive discussions, question-and-answer sessions, and participant evaluation through observation of engagement and the ability to explain the educational material. The results demonstrated an improvement in participants' knowledge and awareness of endometriosis, including its symptoms, risk factors, impact on reproductive health, and the importance of seeking early medical examination. Participants also showed high enthusiasm and active involvement throughout the educational activities. In conclusion, health education was effective in improving reproductive health literacy and promoting early detection behavior for endometriosis among women of reproductive age.
