Introduction : Immunization is a vital public health program aimed at providing immunity against dangerous infectious diseases in children. A common side effect of immunization is fever. Fever management is divided into two categories: non-pharmacological therapy (without medication) and pharmacological therapy (with medication). Cocor bebek (Kalanchoe pinnata (Lam.) Pers) is a traditional plant that can be used as medicine. Objectives : Involved 18 toddlers in the Kapongan Community Health Center (Puskesmas) service area in Situbondo Regency. Method: This quasi-experimental study, using a one-group pretest-posttest design, Data were analyzed using SPSS with the Wilcoxon test. Results: A comparison of body temperature in the participants before and after the duckbill plant compress, using the Wilcoxon test, yielded a p-value of 0.016 (<0.05). Conclusion: There is an effect of the Kalanchoe pinnata compress on reducing post-immunization fever in infants under 2 years of age (baduta) in the service area of the Kapongan Community Health Center (UPT Puskesmas).
