<![CDATA[Fluor albus (vaginal discharge) is a long-standing health issue commonly experienced by adolescent females. Knowledge and attitude are key factors influencing the prevention of this condition. This study aims to analyze the effect of the stratagem method on adolescents’ knowledge and attitudes regarding fluor albus at SMPN 1 Kanor, Bojonegoro Regency. The independent variable in this research is the stratagem method, while the dependent variables are knowledge and attitudes regarding fluor albus. A pre-experimental design with a one-group pre-test and post-test approach was employed. The population comprised 70 respondents, all of whom were selected using total sampling. Data were collected using questionnaires assessing knowledge and attitude levels, and then processed through editing, coding, and tabulation. Statistical analysis was performed using the Wilcoxon Signed-Rank Test. The results showed that prior to the intervention, nearly all respondents (85.7%) had low knowledge and (91.4%) displayed negative attitudes. Following the intervention, all respondents (100%) demonstrated good knowledge and positive attitudes. The Wilcoxon test yielded a p-value of 0.000 (p < 0.05), indicating a significant effect of the stratagem method on improving adolescents’ knowledge and attitudes toward fluor albus. These findings suggest that the stratagem method can serve as an effective alternative strategy in health education to enhance knowledge and attitudes related to vaginal discharge among adolescents.]]>
