Abstract. Modern lifestyles with high-fat diets contribute to metabolic disorders and gastric mucosal damage. Dry intermittent fasting is thought to be able to suppress the negative effects of high-fat diets through metabolic and anti-inflammatory mechanisms. This study aims to analyze the effect of dry intermittent fasting on the microstructure of the stomach of mice (Mus musculus) fed a high-fat diet. This experimental study used a post-test only controlled group design with stored biological material in the form of 28 paraffin blocks of mouse stomach tissue from Jezmi's (2025) study, which were grouped into four treatments: no fasting with a standard diet, no fasting with a high-fat diet, dry intermittent fasting with a standard diet, and dry intermittent fasting with a high-fat diet. Fasting was performed for 14 hours/day for 30 days. Tissue preparations were stained with Hematoxylin-Eosin and observed using a light microscope to assess the condition of the mucosa, degree of inflammation, and glandular atrophy. Data analysis was performed using the Fisher Exact’s test with a 95% confidence level The results showed that dry intermittent fasting had an effect on the degree of inflammation (p=0.006). In conclusion, dry intermittent fasting had a significant effect on inflammation in the stomach by reducing the degree of inflammation in the gastric mucosa. Abstrak. Gaya hidup modern dengan konsumsi makanan tinggi lemak berkontribusi terhadap gangguan metabolik dan kerusakan mukosa lambung. Puasa intermiten kering diduga mampu menekan dampak negatif diet tinggi lemak melalui mekanisme metabolik dan antiinflamasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh puasa intermiten kering terhadap gambaran mikrostruktur lambung mencit (Mus musculus) yang diberi pakan tinggi lemak. Penelitian eksperimental ini menggunakan desain post-test only controlled groupdengan bahan biologi tersimpan berupa 28 parafin blok jaringan lambung mencit dari penelitian Jezmi (2025), yang dikelompokkan menjadi empat perlakuan: tanpa puasa dengan pakan standar, tanpa puasa dengan pakan tinggi lemak, puasa intermiten kering dengan pakan standar dan puasa intermiten kering dengan pakan tinggi lemak. Puasa dilakukan 14 jam/hari selama 30 hari. Preparat jaringan diwarnai Hematoksilin-Eosin dan diamati menggunakan mikroskop cahaya untuk menilai kondisi mukosa, derajat inflamasi, dan atrofi kelenjar. Analisis data dilakukan dengan uji Fisher Exact’s dan dengan tingkat kepercayaan 95%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan puasa intermiten kering berpengaruh terhadap derajat inflamasi (p=0,006). Kesimpulannya, puasa intermiten kering memberikan pengaruh bermakna pada inflamasi di lambung dengan menurunkan derajat inflamasi di mukosa lambung.
