ANALISIS PENGENDALIAN KUALITAS TERHADAP PERSEDIAAN BBM MENGGUNAKAN METODE EOQ DAN SQC

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengontrol kualitas jumlah pembelian BBM (Bahan Bakar Mesin) yang ekonomis dengan menggunakan metode EOQ  (Economic  Order Quantity) dan  SQC (Statistical Quality Control). Penelitian ini dilakukan pada SPBU PT. Kilang Bujangga Internusa di Tanjung Redeb Kabupaten Berau. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan terdapat analisis control chart terhadap bahan baku BBM pada  tahun  2018  dan  2019  yang  melebihi  garis  UCL  dan  dibawah  garis  LCL  karena,  terdapat perbedaan untuk perbandingan pemesanan setiap bulannya. Selain itu terdapat perbandingan biaya pemesanan berupa biaya pulsa atau email dan biaya pengamanan yaitu biaya listrik yang berbeda setiap  bulannya.  Untuk  setiap  bulannya  apabila  biaya  yang  dihasilkan  berbeda  atau  terjadi penambahan biaya pada bulan tersebut, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa kenaikan pemesanan akan membuat data melewati batas UCL dari control chart. Pada metode SQC, pembelian dan pemakaian BBM dikatakan terkontrol apabila jumlah pemakaian tiap bulannya berada di dalam bata s control, yaitu tidak melebihi UCL dan tidak kurang dari batas LCL. Apabila pemakaian BBM diluar batas UCL dan LCL maka harus dilakukan penelitian lebih lanjut oleh pihak perusahaan. Kata kunci: Metode EOQ, metode SQC, pengendalian kualitas.  ABSTRACT This research aims to control the quality of the number of fuel purchases  (Engine Fuel) economically  by  using  EOQ  (Economic  Order  Quantity)  and  SQC  (Statistical  Quality  Control) methods. This research was conducted at pt gas station. Bujangga Internusa Factory in Tanjung Redeb Berau Regency. The results of this study show there is a control chart analysis of fuel raw materials in 2018 and 2019 that exceeds the UCL line and below the LCL line because, there is a difference for the comparison of bookings each month. In addition, there is a comparison of booking fees in the form of credit or email fees and security costs which are different electricity costs each month. For each month if the resulting fee is different or there is an increase in the cost in that month, it can be concluded that the increase in the booking will make the data exceed the UCL limit from the control chart. In sqc method, fuel purchase and usage is said to be controlled if the number of usages per month is within the control limit, which is not exceeding UCL and not less than the LCL limit. If fuel usage is outside the limits of UCL and LCL, further research should be conducted by the company. Keywords: EOQ method, SQC method, quality control
