<![CDATA[The internship program at the Human Resource Development (HRD) Department of PT CNG Hilir Raya Palembang was designed to enhance students’ knowledge and practical skills in human resource administration through direct workplace experience. The program was conducted over a three-month period using observation, active participation, and hands-on administrative practice across various HR functions. The activities included employee administrative data management, document filing and digitization, participation in recruitment and selection processes, DISC assessment data processing, employee health data management, job description development, and the preparation of an employee handbook for new staff. The results indicate that the internship provided valuable practical experience in applying the principles of human resource management and industrial-organizational psychology while contributing to the effectiveness of the company’s administrative processes through improved accuracy, systematic data management, and the utilization of digital technology. Overall, the internship program served as an effective bridge between academic learning and the practical demands of the professional workplace.]]>
