Teacher competency needs to be improved through various trainings. One such training is utilizing the abundant rambutan fruit as a raw material, as well as the availability of new technologies that can be trained to improve teacher competency. Most teachers have never received training in making rambutan yeast water as a starter drink.. The purpose of this training is to improve the competency of MGMP chemistry teachers at MA in the DKI Jakarta area. The training on making rambutan yeast water is useful for processing abundant rambutans that are almost ready to bear fruit, thus increasing community income. This training method involved approximately 17 MA chemistry teachers for 2 months with 2 face-to-face meetings and training conducted through lectures and demonstrations. The results of the training showed an increase in knowledge of the participants, namely MGMP chemistry teachers at MA DKI Jakarta Province, as seen from the pre-test and post-test results. Data on increased knowledge and skills obtained from the pre-test results with 30% correct answers increased to 93% in the post-test, as did the results of the survey and question and answer session. Survey and Q&A results indicated a 90% increase in knowledge, 70% improvement in material relevance, and 90% improvement in practical motivation.
