This study aims to determine the effect of prenatal yoga on the anxiety levels of primigravida mothers in the second and third trimesters and to assess the relationship between the level of knowledge of pregnant women and the effectiveness of prenatal yoga. This study used a quantitative descriptive method with a sample of 43 respondents determined through a total sampling technique at PMB Lestari, Sukabumi City. Data were collected using a questionnaire regarding the knowledge of pregnant women, the implementation of prenatal yoga, and anxiety levels, then analyzed using the Chi-Square test with a significance level of α ≤ 0.05. The results showed that most respondents had good knowledge (46.5%) and the majority felt the effect of prenatal yoga on reducing anxiety (81.4%). The statistical test obtained a p-value of 0.000, indicating a significant relationship between the knowledge of pregnant women and the effect of prenatal yoga on anxiety levels. The conclusion of this study is that prenatal yoga is proven to be effective in reducing anxiety in primigravida mothers, especially in respondents with a better level of knowledge.
