<![CDATA[Abstract: This study examines the consistency and adaptation of Andyrahman’s architectural characteristics, focusing on local materiality and Nusantara contextuality across three different functional typologies: Mosque (sacred), Office (commercial), and House (private). A qualitative descriptive approach with a comparative case study strategy was employed. Three representative projects were selected Masjid Al-Fattah, Kinekora Office, and Omah Boto. Data were collected through structured observation of architectural documentation and critical literature review. The analysis compared tectonic materiality, spatial organization, and climatic response. Findings reveal significant consistency in the values of craftsmanship spirit and material poetics, particularly the use of exposed or custom brick. Design adaptations appear in functional outcomes: in the mosque, brick acts as a filter of light and air while conveying symbolic narrative; in the office, diversified materials such as precast concrete support corporate identity and “breathing office” efficiency; and in the house, materiality enhances visual privacy and intimate thermal comfort. The study concludes that Andyrahman’s architecture represents an adaptive design system maintaining local material identity and contextual aesthetics while flexibly responding to contrasting functional demands. Keyword: Andyrahman Architecture, Local Materiality, Functional Typology Abstrak: Penelitian ini mengkaji konsistensi dan adaptasi karakteristik arsitektur Andyrahman yang berfokus pada materialitas lokal dan kontekstualitas Nusantara dalam tiga tipologi fungsional yang berbeda, yaitu Masjid (sakral), Kantor (komersial), dan Hunian (privat). Pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan strategi studi kasus komparatif digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Tiga proyek representatif yang dianalisis meliputi Masjid Al-Fattah, Kinekora Office, dan Omah Boto. Data diperoleh melalui observasi terstruktur terhadap dokumentasi arsitektur serta tinjauan literatur kritis. Analisis dilakukan secara sinkronis dengan menyoroti aspek tektonika material, organisasi ruang, dan respons terhadap iklim tropis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya konsistensi nilai semangat ketukangan dan poetika material terutama pada penggunaan bata ekspos atau kustom. Adaptasi terjadi pada keluaran fungsional: pada masjid, bata berperan sebagai penyaring cahaya dan udara sekaligus narasi simbolik; pada kantor, diversifikasi material seperti beton pracetak mendukung identitas korporat dan efisiensi breathing office; sedangkan pada hunian, materialitas diolah untuk menciptakan privasi visual serta kenyamanan termal yang intim. Kesimpulannya, arsitektur Andyrahman merupakan sistem desain adaptif yang mempertahankan identitas lokal dan estetika kontekstual dengan fleksibilitas terhadap tuntutan fungsi yang berbeda.
