<![CDATA[It is relevant in the world of education, the public library is a place for all activities aimed at increasing learning motivation and interest in reading students and the people of Aceh Barat Daya, Blangpidie and its surroundings support students and the general public with interest in reading. In the application of the building along with the theme raised, it is necessary to collect site analysis so that the transformation of the shape of the building makes the activities of this library building stand out. By doing descriptively can get results. Collection of data from case studies of similar buildings, then the advantages of the design can be taken so that the right and appropriate design stage is found.After getting the data set, making the design concept clearer and obtaining the application of the "Metafore Combinate" on the macro concept of buildings that support activities within the public library building by designing building shapes that abstractly look like the Kaaba from a square and 8 Islamic stars in outline. Then in the micro concept, the spatial arrangement on the floor is used according to the level of education that has been regulated, in the design of each floor, zoning has been arranged and distributed in the building which facilitates according to the activities of the level of education. visitors, which are in accordance with the Islamic theme of this design. With macro and micro concepts that are accurate and support both concepts and themes, a design that is most prominent is created, all activities in the library building can attract visitors, both students and the general public.]]>
