The objective from this research is to find (1) plane blade turbin condition in microstructure based super alloy with nikel in normal condition; (2) tensile strengh of the plane blade turbin from result repair in maksimum using method Tungsten Inert Gas (TIG) welding is criteria to apply and fulfill a condition as repair method damage. The experiment is used in this research. A super alloy nikel (Ni) as population in this research and purposive sampling is used to taking sample technique, normal condition in a super alloy nikel (Ni), TIG welding result with variation flux steam welding. Descriptive comparative methods analysis is used to data analysis. The research result show that : (1) surface microstructure observation have characteristic strong and stern appearance on super alloy material in normal condition; (2) flux stream variation and same material TIG welding from super alloy with materials nickel use a artificially filler in experience welding process have different of elongisitas and maksimum tensile strength; (3) the best material to use flux steam 70 A is material super alloy with nickel use filler rod was finding in this research.
