<![CDATA[This study aims to address problems in the traditional clothing rental process, which is still manual and often leads to misunderstandings between renters and owners. The proposed solution is a web-based information system equipped with digital contract features. The development method used is Agile, which emphasizes gradual iterations, user collaboration, and continuous improvement. The system features include user registration, clothing selection, down payment, transfer proof upload, contract approval, digital signature (JSignPDF), and PDF printing. Test results show that the system functions effectively and meets all functional requirements. It simplifies administration, speeds up the rental process, and enhances trust through legally valid digital contracts. Future development is recommended to include integration with official identity verification and electronic certificates.]]>
