The nastar cookie-making training for PKK women in Kerten Village is a community service activity report aimed at improving culinary skills while creating opportunities for household-based microenterprises. Although the village’s socioeconomic conditions are relatively stable, women’s potential in the creative economy has not yet been fully tapped. This activity employed a Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach, which included theoretical presentations, discussions, and hands-on practice in making nastar cookies, involving 25 participants. Quantitative evaluation results showed that 100% of participants successfully carried out the production process to a high standard, and 85% expressed their readiness to start their own businesses. Qualitative evaluations revealed high levels of enthusiasm among participants to use these skills as a source of additional household income. This program has proven effective in empowering women as drivers of the creative economy. To ensure sustainability, ongoing guidance in digital marketing is needed to expand the market reach of these home-based MSME products.
