Abstract

Spektometer Massa telah berkembang ketingkat aplikasi sejak permulaan abad ini, dan terus tumbuh dengan pesat karena kebutuhan akan pemakaiannya yang luas dan tidak pernah berhenti. Aplikasi utama spektrometer massa adalah pada bidang persoalan fisika, kimia, geologi, biologi dan kedokteran baik dalam tahap penelitian maupun tahap pengembangan industri.
