Abstrak: Program pengabdian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh keterbatasan fasilitas laboratorium robotika dan minimnya pengalaman guru serta siswa MAN 1 Surakarta dalam bidang otomasi dan pemrograman, yang berdampak pada rendahnya keterampilan praktis berbasis teknologi. Tujuan kegiatan adalah meningkatkan kompetensi teknologi guru dan siswa melalui pendampingan kompetisi Unmanned Surface Vehicle (USV). Metode pelaksanaan meliputi sosialisasi, pelatihan desain CAD, workshop manufaktur, praktik sistem mekanik dan elektronis, serta uji coba sea trial dengan melibatkan 2 guru pendamping dan 8 siswa terbaik. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui observasi, angket dalam 15 pertanyaan pre-test dan post-tes, dan wawancara untuk menentukan minat pembagain kelas. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan keterampilan siswa, antara lain penguasaan desain CAD dari 25% menjadi 80%, pembuatan prototipe dari 30% menjadi 89%, serta problem solving dari 32% menjadi 87%. Softskill seperti kerja sama tim, kepercayaan diri, dan jiwa kompetisi juga meningkat di atas 85%. Program ini berhasil melahirkan prestasi di tingkat nasional sekaligus memperkuat budaya inovasi di madrasah.Abstract: This community service program was motivated by the limited robotics laboratory facilities and the lack of experience of teachers and students at MAN 1 Surakarta in the fields of automation and programming, which resulted in low technology-based practical skills. The objective of the activity was to improve the technological competence of teachers and students through mentoring in the Unmanned Surface Vehicle (USV) competition. The implementation method included socialization, CAD design training, manufacturing workshops, mechanical and electronic system practices, and sea trial trials involving two mentor teachers and eight top students. Evaluation was carried out through observation, a 15-question pre-test and post-test questionnaire, and interviews to determine class division interests. The results of the activity showed a significant increase in student skills, including mastery of CAD design from 25% to 80%, prototyping from 30% to 89%, and problem solving from 32% to 87%. Soft skills such as teamwork, self-confidence, and a competitive spirit also increased above 85%. This program succeeded in producing achievements at the national level while strengthening the culture of innovation in madrasas.
