The rapid development of information technology has driven its integration into various aspects of daily life, including education. One example is the use of mobile devices such as cell phones for easy access to information. At STMIK Palangkaraya, writing a Final Project (TA) is a crucial stage in a student's studies. To maintain quality and consistency, each study program provides a TA writing guideline covering the format, structure, and procedures for conducting seminars and examinations. These guidelines are available in both hard copy and downloadable PDF files from the campus's official website. However, even though these guidelines are available, students often struggle to access information quickly and conveniently. The PDF format, which requires downloading, makes it difficult for those who need information instantly. Distribution of physical media also presents limitations in terms of time, cost, and reach, especially for students living outside the city. To overcome these obstacles, innovation is needed in the form of digitizing the Final Project writing guidelines and the Administrative Requirements for Seminars and Final Project Defenses. The proposed solution is the development of an Android-based e-Guidelines application connected to Google Sheets. This application allows students to access the guidelines and necessary files anytime and anywhere via their smartphones. Meanwhile, integration with Google Sheets enables real-time and collaborative information updates between students and study programs.
