Patient waiting time at registration in one the common issues that often occurs in various health services. Based on the Minister of Heath regulation of the republic of indonesia No. 129/ Minister of Health/ Decree/ II/ 2008, the minimum standart of medical record services in providing the provision of medical record is < 10 minutes and the waiting time for patients in polyclinic is < 60 minutes. The length of waiting times can because by various factors such as man, money, machine, methode, and materials and can affect the reputation of health services because it is relates to hospital quality. This reseach was conducted at Hospital X and was a quantitative descriptive study. The total sample was obtained using the formula Lameshow with 97 respondents from the Heart polyclinic and 97 respondents from the Midwifery. Data management in this study is by looking at the average value and taking the mean or median according to the normality distribution. If the data results are normal then it will use the mean but if the data results are not normal then use the median. From the research results, there is a difference between the waiting time of the Heart polyclinic and the Midwifery polyclinic. With an average waiting time of the heart polyclinic being 207.96 minutes or for 3 hours 27 minutes and the average waiting time for the midwifery polyclinic is 151.33 minutes or equivalent to 2 hours 31 minutes, with the median value of the Heart polyclinic being 197 minutes or equivalent to 3 hours 17 minutes and the Midwifery polyclinic is 148 minutes or equivalent to 2 hours 28 minutes. There is an anamnesis examination before the doctor's examination with an average of the Heart polyclinic being 40.05 minutes and the anamnesis time of the polyclinic Midwifery is 37, 45 minutes.
