PT. Anugrah Harisma Barakah is a mining company operating in Pongkalaero Village, South Kabaena District, Bombana Regency, Southeast Sulawesi Province. The company operates under a Mining Business License (IUP) covering approximately 2,527 ha. Currently, the company plans to open a new pit, namely Pit 10 in Block B2, covering approximately 10 ha. This study aims to determine the amount of laterite nickel resources based on the Cut-Off Grade (COG) at Pit 10 Block B2. The research employed a quantitative approach combining theoretical concepts with field data from exploration activities. The Ordinary Kriging (OK) method was selected based on the Coefficient of Variation (COV) value of 0.77, indicating moderate data variability, and was supported by variogram analysis capable of describing the spatial continuity of nickel grade distribution. Fault structures were also identified, which significantly influence the profile and formation process of laterite nickel deposits. The total resource volume at Pit 10 Block B2 based on COG estimated at 852,812 m³, with a total tonnage of 1,451,696 tons and an average nickel grade of 1.76% Ni.
