Implementasi Sistem Informasi Layanan Online Berbasis Website Sitepak Pada Dinas Kependudukan Dan Pencatatan Sipil Kabupaten Bekasi

Seiring dengan pesatnya perkembangan globalisasi. Peran sistem teknologi informasi dan komunikasi akan menciptakan konektivitas terhadap hubungan masyarakat dan pemerintah selaku pelayan publik. Di Indonesia termasuk dalam negara dengan sistem otonom daerah, perlu untuk mewujudkan pemerintahan yang baik (good governance) dengan memanfaatkan media teknologi infromasi dan komunikasi atau e-government. Penerapan e-government di Pemerintah Kabupaten Bekasi menggunakan website SITEPAK sebagai sarana pelayanan administrasi masyarakat. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana implementasi dari pengembangan sistem informasi layanan online berbasis website SITEPAK pada Dinas Kependudukan Dan Pencatatan Sipil Kabupaten Bekasi. Data yang diperoleh pada penelitian ini adalah dari literature yang relevan dari tahun 2018-2023. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan sampel sebanyak 80 responden. Metode pengambilan sampel ini menggunakan model purposive sampling dengan Teknik analisis data berupa uji normalitas data, heteros yang di olah dengan menggunakan aplikasi SPSS versi 27 uji normalitas, uji heterokesdastisitas serta uji linieritas. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan sistem informasi layanan online berbasis website SITEPAK sangat berpengaruh terhadap layanan Dinas Kependudukan Dan Pencatatan Sipil Kabupaten Bekasi dikarenakan didukung dengan factor pemanfaatan sistem layanan online SITEPAK berupa kenyamanan pengguna, layanan pengguna dan fasilitas teknologi informasi.  Kata Kunci : Sistem Informasi; Layanan online; Website; SITEPAK; Studi Kuantitatif   Along with the rapid development of globalization. The role of information and communication technology systems will create connectivity between the community and government as public servants. In Indonesia, which is a country with a regional autonomous system, it is necessary to realize good governance by utilizing information and communication technology media or e-government. The implementation of e-government in the Bekasi Regency Government uses the SITEPAK website as a means of community administration services. The aim of this research is to find out how to implement the development of an online service information system based on the SITEPAK website at the Bekasi Regency Population and Civil Registration Service. The data obtained in this research is from relevant literature from 2018-2023. This research method uses quantitative methods with a sample of 80 respondents. This sampling method uses a purposive sampling model with data analysis techniques in the form of data normality tests, heteroscedasticity which is processed using the SPSS version 27 application, normality test, heteroscedasticity test and linearity test. The results of this research show that the online service information system based on the SITEPAK website is very influential on the services of the Bekasi Regency Population and Civil Registration Service because it is supported by utilization factors of the SITEPAK online service system in the form of user comfort, user service and information technology facilities.
