Medication adherence is a major clinical challenge in the management of type 2 diabetes mellitus (DM). This study aimed to analyze factors influencing medication adherence at the Community Health Center. The study used a cross-sectional design with a sample of 96 respondents. Data were collected using the MMAS-8 questionnaire and analyzed using the Chi-Square test and Logistic Regression. The results showed that family support (OR=4.12), knowledge (OR=3.42), and self-efficacy (OR=2.89) were the dominant factors. Thus, family-based interventions and increased health literacy are needed to optimize patient glycemic control
