<![CDATA[In the process of implementing construction projects in East Java Province, there is potentialfor issues that can cause work conflicts, which in turn can affect the level of trust and teamperformance, there by impacting the success of the project. The purpose of this research is toinvestigate the relationship and impact of each variable on project success. A review ofprior research is the first step in this study in order to determine the factors and indicators.Then, in order to gather primary data, a questionnaire was created. The SEM-PLS method isused in this study. The research results show that the work conflict variable has a negativeand significant direct impact on the trust level variable, then the trust level variable has apositive and significant direct impact on the team performance variable, while the teamperformance variable has a positive and significant direct impact on the project successvariable.]]>
