<![CDATA[This study analyses the relationship between the strengthening of Human Resources (HR) and the achievement of Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 1: No Poverty, through the lens of inclusive development and Islamic values. Human Resources are positioned as the cornerstone of sustainable human development, encompassing spiritual, intellectual, social, psychological and economic dimensions. This research employs a library-based approach, examining the literature, reports from global institutions, and concepts of human development within the Islamic intellectual tradition. The results of the analysis indicate that the transformation of HR has both direct and indirect effects on poverty reduction through increased productivity, the expansion of financial literacy, the strengthening of households’ adaptive capacity, and the formation of a more inclusive society. The study formulates a comprehensive conceptual framework and offers policy recommendations to optimise the contribution of HR to sustainable national socio-economic development.]]>
