The management of sales transactions and drug inventory at Maggha Mulia Pharmacy Palembang is still performed manually, resulting in inefficient data processing and reporting with a high risk of recording errors. This study aims to develop a web-based sales information system integrating online and offline sales with computerized stock management. The development method used is the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) with the Waterfall model. The system design applies Use Case Diagram, Data Flow Diagram (DFD), and Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD). The system was developed using Visual Studio Code and XAMPP with features for product management, transactions, stock management, sales reports, and online ordering. Black Box Testing results indicate that all system features function according to requirements, enabling the system to improve data management effectiveness and service quality.Keywords: Sales Information System; Drug Inventory; Waterfall; Online Sales; Black Box TestingAbstrakProses pengelolaan transaksi penjualan dan persediaan obat pada Apotek Maggha Mulia Palembang masih dilakukan secara manual sehingga pengolahan data dan pembuatan laporan kurang efisien serta berisiko menimbulkan kesalahan pencatatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan sistem informasi penjualan berbasis web yang mengintegrasikan penjualan online dan offline dengan pengelolaan stok terkomputerisasi. Metode pengembangan yang digunakan adalah System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) model Waterfall. Perancangan sistem menggunakan Use Case Diagram, Data Flow Diagram (DFD), dan Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD). Sistem dikembangkan menggunakan Visual Studio Code dan XAMPP dengan fitur pengelolaan produk, transaksi, stok, laporan penjualan, dan pemesanan online. Hasil Black Box Testing menunjukkan seluruh fitur berjalan sesuai kebutuhan sehingga sistem dapat meningkatkan efektivitas pengelolaan data dan kualitas pelayanan.
