<![CDATA[The Reduce, Reuse, Recycle Waste Management Site (TPS 3R) is an important facility in supportingsustainable waste management. One of them is at TPS 3R PUNGGUL Hijau, Ambiansemal District, BadungRegency, Bali Province. Previously, the waste shredder at TPS 3R Punggul Hijau Ambiansemal had aproblem where the engine capacity was not known at various engine rotation speeds and there was astagnation. For that, it is necessary to obtain a different RPM treatment capacity, for the stagnation problem,treat a different hopper angle. The purpose is to compare the engine capacity at RPM 800, 1000, 1600, 2000,and 2400 RPM with a hopper tilt angle of 40 degrees, 60 degrees, and to find out the size of the shreddedresults. To solve the problem, testing is needed using measuring instruments, namely tachometers,stopwatches, and scales. Treatment of 40 degree and 60-degree angles where RPM 800,1000,1600,2000,2400is repeated 3 times. The shredding process for each RPM has a duration of 1 hour, the material is put into theshredder machine differently at each speed. The 40-degree angle of the waste is put into the hopper in stageswith an amount of 5 kg, until the organic waste in the hopper is half gone. After the hopper is changed to 60degrees, the amount of waste is put in 7 kg in stages. The results of the good 40-degree angle test RPM 1600produces a shredding of 294.13 kg / hour, with a standard deviation of 0.30. After the angle is changed to 60degrees by increasing the capacity which causes the hopper to grow larger and is tried at different RPMs, theresults are also different. Then the highest test at RPM 2000, produces a shredding of 400, 96 kg / hour, witha standard deviation of 0.13. The smallest size of the chopped result for 40 degrees is 7 cm at 2400 RPM.And 60 degrees the smallest size is 2400 RPM, which is 3 cm.]]>
