Microgreens are vegetables harvested at a young age from vegetable seeds, with radish microgreens providing higher nutritional value compared to mature plants. Pre-sowing treatment and nutrient provision are factors that influence microgreen productivity. This study aimed to determine the effect of pre-sowing treatment and fertigation interval on productivity and identify the treatment that produced the best results. A randomized block design with two factors pre-sowing treatment and fertigation interval was used with three replications. The pre-sowing treatments consisted of soaking and not soaking, while the fertigation intervals were without fertigation, every day, every 2 days, and every 3 days. Observed parameters included fresh weight, dry weight, plant height, and leaf SPAD values. Results showed significant effects on fresh and dry weight (P<0.05), while plant height and leaf SPAD values were not significantly affected (P>0.05). Soaking before sowing combined with daily fertigation produced the highest productivity, with 0.14 g/cm², 108.70 g fresh weight, 9.70 g dry weight, 9.49 cm plant height, and a leaf SPAD value of 45.99. This treatment was concluded to be the most effective for maximizing radish microgreen productivity.
