<![CDATA[Conventional ICT instruction at SMA Santo Josef Freinademetz often leads to passive learning and low conceptual comprehension among students. This study aims to develop and evaluate a valid, practical, and effective web-based interactive learning media utilizing the PHP Laravel 13 framework. A Research and Development (R&D) approach was adopted by integrating the ADDIE model with Prototyping methodology. Data were gathered through expert evaluation sheets, Likert-scale user response questionnaires, and learning achievement tests. The results indicate that the developed platform is highly valid based on expert reviews and exceptionally practical according to teacher and student feedback. Significantly, system implementation boosted students' academic performance in ICT and transformed the classroom atmosphere into a student-centered environment. This study implies that the web platform provides an impactful digital instructional solution to enhance learning efficiency and encourage student autonomy.]]>
