<![CDATA[An employee performance monitoring system is a crucial aspect of effective human resource management within a company. PT Bangun Kreatif Abadi currently relies on manual performance reporting and assessment processes using paper forms and unintegrated spreadsheets, leading to issues such as data loss risks, reporting delays, recording errors, and difficulties in monitoring employee performance in real-time. This research aims to design and develop a web-based employee performance monitoring information system capable of enhancing monitoring efficiency and supporting management decision-making. The Agile Software Development method was employed, as it accommodates changing user requirements through an iterative and adaptive development process. The system was developed using the Django framework for the backend, React.js for the frontend, and SQLite for the database. System testing involved Alpha Testing using the Black-Box method to ensure all functions operated as required, alongside Beta Testing with 16 respondents using a Likert-scale questionnaire. Test results indicate that all system features function correctly, achieving a feasibility rating of 94.17%, classified as "Highly Feasible." Implementing this system enhances employee performance monitoring effectiveness through centralized data management and real-time information delivery, while supporting a more accurate, efficient, and transparent performance evaluation process at PT Bangun Kreatif Abadi.]]>
