This study examined the influence of customer perception and financial literacy on saving interest during the conversion of PT BPR BKK Tasikmadu (Perseroda) into an Islamic Rural Bank (BPRS). The analysis focused on the effect of each variable individually as well as their simultaneous effect. This research used a quantitative approach based on primary data collected through questionnaire distribution. From a total population of 590 customers, 100 respondents were selected as the sample using simple random sampling. The data were analyzed using SPSS through validity testing, reliability testing, classical assumption testing, and hypothesis testing. The results showed that customer perception had a positive and significant effect on saving interest with a significance value of 0.003. Financial literacy also showed a positive and significant effect with a significance value of 0.000. Simultaneously, both variables significantly influenced saving interest with a significance value of 0.000. The Adjusted R Square value of 0.685 indicates that 68.5% of the variation in saving interest can be explained by the two independent variables tested, while the remaining 31.5% is influenced by factors outside this study.
