<![CDATA[The effective implementation of the Government Institution Performance Accountability System (SAKIP) plays a crucial role in enhancing transparency, accountability, and the quality of good governance. However, the SAKIP score of the Ministry of Forestry has stagnated at the "BB" predicate since 2022. Furthermore, the evaluation results of SAKIP implementation indicated a decline in score from 73.30 points in 2024 to 71.67 points in 2025, underscoring the urgent need for an evaluation. Review findings demonstrate that the Performance Measurement Component is the primary key to enhancing SAKIP implementation, particularly regarding the aspects of quality and utilization. To address this, the selected policy recommendation is the Strengthening of the eSAKIP Kemenhut Application as a More Comprehensive Performance Measurement Tool. Governance improvements begin with upgrading the quality of human resources responsible for data entry, improving data validation processes/quality assurance, developing reward and punishment mechanisms, to advancing the features of the eSAKIP Kemenhut application to be integrated with individual performance measurement applications. This policy option represents a strategic step that must be taken to elevate the accountability of the Ministry of Forestry.]]>
