This study aims to analyze the influence of time management, academic stress, and workload on the performance of part-time students at the Christian University of Indonesia Toraja. This study used a quantitative method with data collection through distributing questionnaires to part-time students. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with 30 respondents. The results showed that time management, academic stress, and workload influence the performance of part-time students. The results of the simultaneous test showed an F-value of 6,632, exceeding the F-value of 2.87, with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. This proves that time management, academic stress, and workload together have a significant effect on the performance of part-time students.
