Digital transformation has encouraged organizations to integrate digital technologies into business processes to enhance competitiveness and sustainable performance. The success of this transformation is strongly influenced by digital leadership, which enables leaders to leverage technology, foster innovation, and strengthen organizational collaboration. This study aimed to examine the effect of digital leadership on organizational performance in the era of digital transformation. A quantitative approach with an explanatory survey design was employed involving 124 respondents selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected using a structured questionnaire and analyzed using descriptive statistics, validity and reliability tests, Pearson correlation, and simple linear regression with Jamovi software. The findings revealed that digital leadership was positively and significantly associated with organizational performance (r = 0.637; p < 0.001). Regression analysis also indicated a positive effect of digital leadership on organizational performance, with a regression coefficient of 0.516 and a coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.406.
