<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the current state of the rambak cracker processing industry, identify priority indicators for development, and formulate strategies to enhance the industry’s competitiveness and sustainability in Penanggulan Village, Pegandon Subdistrict, Kendal Regency. The study employed a qualitative approach enriched with quantitative analysis using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. Data were collected through observation, interviews, documentation, and paired-comparison questionnaires administered to five key informants selected through purposive sampling, and were subsequently analyzed using Super Decisions software. The results indicate that the top priority for industrial development is government support and capital (0.295), followed by marketing and digitalization (0.269), production (0.221), and human resources (0.215). At the subcriteria level, access to financing or working capital received the highest weight (0.159), followed by the technical skills of the workforce (0.116), the use of digital media (0.107), market reach (0.100), and production process efficiency (0.099). ]]>
