Financial literacy and product promotion are crucial for enhancing the competitiveness and sustainability of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). However, many MSME entrepreneurs still struggle to prepare simple financial reports or effectively utilize promotional media. A community service initiative conducted through BTPN Syariah—specifically in Wiyung, Surabaya—aimed to help small and medium-sized business clients understand how to manage their business finances and employ effective product marketing strategies. The methods employed included presentations, discussions, direct guidance for clients, and hands-on practice in maintaining simple financial records and designing promotional materials such as posters and banners. Additionally, clients were educated on the benefits of separating personal and business funds, systematically tracking expenses, and leveraging various advertising channels to increase business visibility. The results indicate that MSME owners have gained an awareness of the importance of financial literacy, are now capable of maintaining simple financial records, and possess promotional materials to help market their products. This activity also provided students with an opportunity to apply the knowledge gained on campus while gaining insight into BTPN Syariah’s role in supporting and fostering MSME development. Consequently, the initiative has helped improve MSME clients' financial management and product marketing capabilities, thereby supporting the sustainable growth of their businesses.
