<![CDATA[Intelligent design programs allow the provision of optimal interior designs based on the specific interior design requirements at the system level. In order for programmers to define the requirements and objectives of intelligent design interactively, including the materials and raw materials used as well as the manufacturing processes and methods. The intelligent design mechanism offers a variety of design solutions to embody the starting point for modifying the design or presenting the final design. Research problem: What is smart design and its reflection on the future contemporary interior design. Research aims: to define smart design, its mechanism, its applications and its impact on contemporary interior design decisions. The current study includes: Two topics, the first: Intelligent design between design and implementation techniques, the second topic deals with : Intelligent design and its architectural and interior design applications. The most important conclusions were: 1.Smart design allows the designer (architectural and interior)to submit his design with the determination of its formal and performance dimensions, 2.The smart program offers a wide range of solutions to design problems, making it easier for the designer to choose the optimal choice of program proposals, 3.The smart design software has the ability to easily modify the design according to the submitted proposals.
