This study conducted at the Makassar City Communication and Informatics Agency (Diskominfo) evaluates the roles of work ethics and internal communication in employee performance effectiveness. An associative quantitative approach was applied to 90 respondents selected via simple random sampling from a total population of 110 employees. Data collected through structured questionnaires, direct observation, and document reviews were analyzed using SPSS, encompassing validity, reliability, classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression, and hypothesis testing (t-test and F-test). The analysis revealed that work ethics (t-value = 11.083; sig. = 0.000) and internal communication (t-value = 2.011; sig. = 0.047) each significantly drive improvements in employee performance. Simultaneously, both factors significantly affect employee performance (F-value = 81.044; sig. = 0.000). Overall, the model explains 65.3% of the variance in employee performance (R Square = 0.653), while the remaining 34.7% is attributed to external variables outside the scope of this study.
